The cigar cellar is a fine product, however the accessories are not up to par with the cellar. The hygrometer does not work correctly, because for the adjustment the needle does not rotate but the dial as well as the needle with....

This is my first cigar humidor and, therefore, my first purchase with humidor discount. The cellar is just magnificent, of simple beauty as I like. The finishes are perfect. I encountered a small problem with the hygrometer (wrong calibration), but it quickly returned to order thanks to the responsiveness of the HD team, who sent me a new hygrometer. In short, I can only advise humidor discount for all your purchases related to cigars.

Workmanship is very good; the humidifier is a little too big for the humidor. It is better not to use too much liquid when first moistening and readjust later before the air humidity is too high. Even completely closed flaps only help to a limited extent if the polymer is too moist.

The humidor is nice. The glass of the hygrometer was not fixed, however, so we fixed it ourselves in a makeshift manner. It's a little crooked now. The lady I talked to about the engraving said I should just push it in. You could fix it with the screw on the back. But this is a screw for humidity regulation. Unfortunately, she didn't get in touch either.

Nice, simple and very well-made. I received more for my money than I expected. A humidor guide in different languages is included, as well as dividers, two of which can be labelled. A 100 ml bottle of distilled water was also included. I can definitely recommend this humidor.

Quick delivery and arrived in excellent condition. I had some difficulties, because this is my first personal humidor, but an excellent purchase. RECOMMENDED.

I've had mine for about 2 months now and as far as I can tell this is a high quality product that is accurately and smartly constructed. I only had 2 problems with it. The biggest one was that the hygrometer that comes with it was not assembled properly and it ended up face down in the bowl of solution I kept inside to season the humidor. However, upon contacting customer service, they quickly sent me a new digital hygrometer free of charge. The other minor gripe is that the black finish on the exterior of the box seems very susceptible to damage, clearly revealing the light wood underneath. Mine had a small chip on one of the edges of the lid when I got it, and I have added another small chip or scratch on the lid myself. These are not important to me because my primary concern is function. But if you're the kind that likes things to look nice and perfect, you may want to go with one of the models with a different finish and/or treat it with the utmost care. These two things are enough to subtract a single star I think, but I wouldn't hesitate to get another from the same brand.
